hi every body,

for the FDA(fully differential OP-AMP) how to measure the gain and the phase, is it between for example the +vout and ground or +vout and -vout
regards

differential gain = (Vout2-Vout1)/ (Vin2 Vin1)

You can use calculator function from Spectre to plot that graph.

you can example the +vout and ground , but gain must increase +6dB

Gain is measured with difference of the positive and negative output terminal with referred to the input terminal.

use calculator to plot the wave of (Vout2-Vout1)/ (Vin2 Vin1)

db((Vo1-vo2)/(vi1-vi2)) gives u gain
phase ((Vo1-vo2)/(vi1-vi2))

simply apply an ac source with unit amplitude between the in+ and in- terminals . then plot the gain and phase of the difference between out+ and out- .
