instrumentation amplifier test

I knew nothing about circuit test
I wanna know how to test the parameters of the circuit
such as , Vos, CMRR, etc..

if anyone know some information about it
please show me

how to test an instrumentation amplifier

P. E. Allen's book about opamp chapter write the test of these parameters, you can refer to it.

and this paper may be help, it's written by P. Gray.
