If someone is having any PDF on how to design the Symmetrical Type Load VCO(Maneatis Dealy cell),please send me?How to decide the W/L of Delay cell and Bias Circuits?

firstly, u should know the tuning range of ur VCO, it depend on ur application.
because the bias current is directly related to the frequency of VCO.
then there are some ratio between VCO, CP & Bias generator.
