I think Debussy provides one with their tool, try fsdb2vcd.

fsdb2vcd download

Hello,

I have to conver fsdb file to vcd file as well. I have download the fsdb2vcd.rar (Win) above. How does the conversion work?

Could someone help?

convert fsdb vcd

Hi,
I am also tried to convert the fsdb file into vcd file. But i found the following error when i ran the fsdb2vcd.exe in command prompt.

Could not open string resource file kdb.res

FYI, I don't installed any software (Debussy / Kerdi)...

Please give necessary steps to convert the fsdb file into VCD..

Examples:
1. Translate all signals.
%fsdb2vcd verilog.fsdb -o output.vcd

Thanx, but same as writer above,
I also got a problem.

when i execute program, it says,

D:\>fsdb2vcd.exe
logDir = D:\\fsdb2vcd.exeLog
Could not open string resource file kdb.res.

where can i get a file kbd.res?

Hi,

Do you have Verdi installed for Linux OS?

If Yes, then you can use 'fsdb2vcd' command directly to convert FSDB fille to VCD file.

1. setup the verdi
2. check "which verdi" or "which fsdb2vcd"
3. invoke fsdb2vcd command with proper arguments.
