I need hex to asm (for MPLab use) convertors for pic16f628,
If somebody have a good one?

Use Mplab to do this, import the hex file directly.

For Hex to ASM for PIC you could try following link:

as for HEX to C I dont think so thats easy task coz C-processor specific or C itself, seems like a difficult task..
