I want to design a automatic for automatic switch 220/110V,and this circuit will be low price and miny volume.who can help me.

go to https://www.onsemi.com and look for
application note AND8005/D .
You will find an Automatic AC Line Voltage Selector.
I hope , it´s helpfull .
 
Also have a look at ST Micro's AVS10 IC, might fit your app.
