SPICE question

I've been looking at a spice netlist for a standard cell technology and I have noticed that when defining the mosfets, if a drain is shared between 2 different mosfets, only the first line defines AS, AD, etc. The second shared one, lists those values as 0.00. Since they are shared I assume the tool will ignore the 0.00 value.

My question is, is if you define the AS, AD, etc for both mosfets (identical values as they are shared), will that affect simulation results?

I haven't tried it yet as I am new to spice, so I am currently trying to understand how it will handle those values when I do start writing spice.

Thanks

Re: SPICE question

AD and AS determine the parasitic capacitors at the drain and source nodes. So if they are shared by more than one transitor, and only one transistor have its value set, anyway the result is the same.
