epe giant led message display

i have downloaded software of "GIANT L.E.D. MESSAGE DISPLAY by John Becker"
in epe 2006nov issue.
but fail to open exe file shows error.
can u plz help me out.

Hi,
If you need to open exe of these software you must instal Joe Farr's Serial Interface software.
I attached all file, but problem still exist. To many run time errors.
If you need to solve problem You may buy some new communication software with oportunity for scroll text and static text (with changable speed), animation is not supported yet. I have contact with author, is not member of eda board. If you are interest mail me pm.
