need matlab code for fingerprint classification

arch whorl loop matlab

as u all know fingerprints can be classified into basic catogeories like ..arch..left loop ...right loop...spiral..etc....i want the mat lab code for classification only[/b]

Hi buddy , in this forum you will be able to find everything you need (theory & code )
I'll check my own code and see if i can upload it onto the forum .
Why dont you try writing the code yourself ? You'll have a beter understanding of how it works and maybe u can figure some genius way of doin it differently . C'mon Brainstorm .

You can look for the code and theory in this forum, there're lots of topics about this here.

For your question, you can compute the orientation field first, then use poincare method to locate the core point and being match some requirement, the core point can be classified as arch, loop or whorl...
