can u help me i need a simple schematic of oscillator 1ghz ,for my final project of study.

Do you want Discrete or Integrated?
Ring, LC, or Xtal?
Sinusoidal or pulses?

You've to specify first ...

he must?? Who are u speaking about? :) The oscillator? I think so, but it was a typo ..

Anyway..
The simplest is the Ring oscillator! (I don't know if u r going to implement or not!)
If you are going to implement ... I think this is very useful link (but it depends on available discrete components you have)

If you want it in the CMOS technology, tell me..

you can use a 74F04 series Not gate , back to back , with any Xtal in this range
