Thanks aji_vlsi, But can you provide me with some fast tips about why should one use PSL and what advantages one can gain over traditional RTL code?

Try FoCs from IBM, google it to find the download.

PSL Tutorial

Thanks aji_vlsi but this tool works only for Unix and solaris, can you provide me with another one for Windows XP.

u can use PSL with modelsim but it will be in simulation
