Can any one give a paper for low supply voltage non bandgap voltage references?!

I don't understand ur goals. May be that one give the best fit for u.

I search for non bandgap reference, because we need stable reference from 2 to 3.6V
at 0.35 technology. if any one have different papers for nonbandgap references please post them.

I'm in doubt. If u need PVT stable reference i think that bandgap+buffer amplifirer is most suited for u. E.g. Ubgr=1.25, Gain=2 so at buffer amplifier output u'll have 2.5V. Or u have some constraints that is unknown for me

I have a mistake in the text- from 2 to 3.6V means power supply, but not reference voltage. The problem is that 2 volts is quite low supply voltage for 0.35 technology.

I'm sure that it isn't problem to make bandgap refererence with 2V supply. 2V is more than Vth+2Vsat :).
And there are many bandgap circuits & curvature corrected bandgap circuits where Vsupp~1V. See links and attachment

Agree with DenisMark.

In fact, you don't need fancy circuitry for VCC range from 2V to 3.6V as indicated by DenisMark.
Kuijk's BGR, which invented in 1973, is good enough for this VCC range.

BTW, most non-bandgap reference are very process-dependent.

i do appreciates denismark's opnion

i dont know how to design a source of bandgap current
