How to start a paper on FPGA?

i want to make paper about FPGA but i dont know from where i can begin
so please help me

Begin with differentiating between different types of FPGA (SRAM FPGA, ....) then go to architectrue and finalize with producers and availability of their tools.

say why it's called this and how it's structured
its different implementations
how to program it
difference between FPGA and ASICs
famous applications for it
vendors and tools

first: figure who is paper will be address, and what is purpose of that paper. I mean are trying to make tutorial, or you trying to make course 101 fro software developers and etc...
then purpose for example introduction, basic skills, advance design techniaues
