Hi,
I am developing a CMOS level output receiver with 0.5um CMOS process.

I have no experience for the dual supply design, what I should be careful in the design?Pls. share with me your experience.

i understand the 1st item, i.e.,level shift circuit for 5V/3.3V interface

but would you elaberate a bit more the item 2,i.e., Power Ring?
