What are the dynamic grounds?

dynamic grounds???

All DC values look like Ground for AC signals.

If we write all circuit equations and solve them, we will see that DC values (supplys) removed from equation for AC analize (e.g: when calculating voltage gain).
And AC values zerroed for DC signal analize(e.g: when calculating biasing)
