w^3.parallax.com - they have a lot of good robotkits and many accesories orderable through 3w.ELFA.se . but no forum i think.

i found a good forum, but it was in german, so i didn't understand a word.

Try altavista's babelfish translator. Isn't perfect but you'll get most of it..
