wireless mic with mc145152

Hi there,

Want to build a wireless microphone using MC12017(Precaler) and MC145152-2(PLL) to work in the 108MHz - 120MHz band and 75us of preenphasis if possible to connect to the back of mic, a Shure SM58 or to install in a small box with no more than 100mW of RF power.

Regards,

Fernando

mc145170 homebrew

You need use vco, and low pass filter. The vco output conect to the RF power amp.

mc145152

Low power ICs sholud be prefered for battery operation. 108MHz - 120MHz band is bad for antenna size. Jump to uhf band like 862Mhz licence free band.

Hi

You can use MC145170 insted {it will save you the pre scaller } and a vco from mini-circuit POS150

regards

Bobi

Hi,

This is a link to a homebrew site which describe a Pll circuit receiver using the chips you want t use. It can give some ideas :

Nice link decfm. Instead of PLL why not you go for DDS chip it will be easy as compared to PLL based design.
