I want to know how to extract CMOS model to get the simple parameter (Level 1 model). Is there any document that describe how to this?

you can use bsimpro+ or IC -Cap

Dear Biilix,

Model extraction from transistor need PCM data of signal device which is supplied by foundry.
Hspice manual has special topic describing this content.

Best regards,

Spice manual can show you the MOS parameters you need for every model (level1, 2,3 ..)

I've fabricated IC with mosis, and they give you the SPCIE parameters in several technologies:
AMIS 0.50 micron (C5)
AMIS 0.35 micron (C3O)
AMIS 1.50 micron (ABN)
IBM 0.5 micron (5HP, 5AM, 5DM, 5PA)
IBM 0.35 micron (5HPE)
IBM 0.25 micron (6HP, 6DM, 6RF)
IBM 0.18 micron (7RF, 7WL, 7SF, 7HP)
IBM 0.13 micron (8RF-LM, 8RF-DM)
TSMC 0.18 micron
TSMC 0.25 micron
TSMC 0.35 micron

You can get the parameters in the next link:

hi, Mistico_Pereyra

How about the price of fabricating on MOSIS, is it cheaper than the MPW price of the Fabs?
BTW, my location is Shanghai China.

The price depends of the technology you use!! And MOSIS's prices are expensive, you can get a low cost for fabrication if you(your institute, university, etc) are in their Educational Program (As I am).

This URL shows the prices for fabrication:

PD. You have to add the Packaging cost!!

Can you talk a little detail about how to get hand calculation params from High level model given by mosis?
