I sometimes make small sized PCBs with (or without) detailed shapes.. How can I cut that cupper board??
I was cutting them using a manual archet, but it gave bad results and difficult to use,

Does anyone has another idea that can be easily used to cut them?
Thanks,
Ahmad,

Cut PCB to right shape using guillotine.
Here is an example:

Try Compound Action Snips; here is one example:

Hi,
if thi is Fr4 you can use the regular scissors, actually not for the office use, must be more strong, but i long time use the regular one, for sewing use.

Somoeone told me to make it with ordinary cutter (as in photo below)

I tried it, and it worked well,
Thank you all for help,
BTW, this is the method mentioned in the link that "electronicus" gave, special thank to him :)

Ahmad,

Hi,
yes this is decision, just you must be carrefull, some time the cutter going out from road, and can damage the foil. I can sugest mm .... for plastic material, lexan, pvc etc, has a special profil of cutter, i don't know what is the name.
