What is the difference between these two? I know what is an oscilloscope but I don't know what is a logic phaser and the difference between these two.

A logic phasor is basically a signal injector which you can use to trace digital circuits. They usually have some way (an LED, piezo beeper, or both) to tell if a probe on one end is reading a logic 0, or 1, as well as the signal injector on the other end.
There are some good logic probe plans on the net, if you Google.
Hope this answers your question.
Regards,
Robert
