Program output redirection

Hi,
I need to redirect the output of a program that elaborates data and shows them on output pushing every output (int) element on standard output.
How can I take this output in another program (C language) to save it on a file?
I think it is simple but I have some troubles with doing this on Windows.

i don't know how to do it without using a file. But if you want, there's an alternative, you can use TCP/IP comunication betwen two or more programs. You only have to open a TCP ip PORT in listeting mode or an UDP port and start trasmitting data you want to other programs.
This is an easy form to communicate programs under windows.
