unbound pin

I have tried to draw a simple layout , no problem when I check it against source.

But when I do LVS, I found an "Unbound Pin error", I don't understand. Maybe it's the simulator's bug or sth else?

Thanks for your help! Merci.

unbound pin lvs

The LVS tool is not able to identify the 3 pins in layout, but is finding it in schematics. So check the properties of the pin, it should be the pin layer of the respective metal on which u are attaching the pin.

Also, LVS is locating the gnd pin, so u can compare the properties of gnd pin with the other pins.

Hope this is helpful to you..
