ADC Characterisation

Hi,
Could any one help in characterising ADC in Simulation stage. The major things required are INL/DNL, SNR, SFDR etc...

as like above....www.analog.com would be help ful....this is ADI's site.....and they have pool of ADC/DAC related open documents....
