Thsi could be almost any MCU. When a company is manufactuing something inlarge quantaties, they can ask the MCU manufacture to change the SILK on the to of the MCU.
What you can do, is try to find out what MCU it is by the Vcc and GND pines. There are Microchip, Freescal, TI and more. but start with this ones and see where the Vcc and GND go and see if they mach the MCU.
