how to use the ile and il files in cadence 5033?

i have download some skill language files which name are *.ile or *.il
how can i use it in layout ?

Added after 2 hours 10 minutes:

nobody can help me?
 

It depends on how the program is designed. But all begin with a load in CIW.
load("download.ile")
 

how does the ciw know where to load the "download.ile"
where should i put the "download.ile"?
or i can put it anywhere and compile it ?

you may put the file in your current working director, then, use load("filename").

If you put it in a different directory, then, just add the path.
