Hi,
We wish to find conduction loss of diode in Buck SMPS.
We need to know the Reverse bias saturation current of the STTH1R06U diode. (for the Shockley equation)
Do you know it?

STTH1R06U

Shockley diode equation
--- Updated ---

Actually , have curve fitted it , based on 70degc, with quadratic as
a = 1.17
b = -1.56
c = 0.706

...could you do better curve fit?
ax^2 =bx +c

Now put in LTspice sim and get overall ixv power
--- Updated ---

Wish to do a bahavorial source in LTspice with V = IF (AND(I(R30)>=0.6), (I(R30)<1.25), -1,+1)
But not working, do you know the syntax here?
Doing multiple straight line fit instead for diode....to get iv conduction loss.
