spectre save current

brothers:

In tran simulate ,how can i see the current on the resister??

thanks.

finding current in spectre

Choose "it" in calculator and then click on the terminal where you want to see the current. Before the simualtion, you have to tell cadence that you want to save this current (outputs->to be saved) otherwise by default only voltages are saved.

spectre save current

Or results > to be plotted, then just click on the transistor node (drain or source).

save current spectre

Fist, before the simualtion, you must save this current (outputs->save all) otherwise only voltages are saved by default.
Second, select the outputs->to be plotted, then click on the terminal node of device that is analysed.
Third, run!

spectre saving terminal current

yes, and if you're a busy man like me, you can skip the outputs > to be saved, because it will ask you: some outputs wont be saved bla bla, so you click yes, and you can save like 2 seconds this way.

spectre save all currents

thanks very much ,now i can get the current
