Y capacitor in 200W Offline Two Transistor Forward?

Hi,
Where is the best place to put the Y cap in this offline 200W Two Transistor Forward? (as attached) Position A or B?

The switch current is sensed by the secondary side controller from a secondary side CST as shown.
(sorry for missing out the PFC stage for sake of brevity)

Thanks, i must confess i worried about A because it seemed to be drawing the noise through the CST primary.
