I would need 4 very accurate 0.01% and most importantly stable resistors TC 0,2ppm wint high accuracy long life stability..
Such resistances are made, for example, by Vishay and the Z-Foil series .
But I would need the resistors to have a very tight thermal relationship .
I see the solution in all four resistors on one ceramic plate being drowned in an oil bath .

I have a crazy idea, wouldn't it be possible to make something like this in a few pieces at home?
Vishay manufactures these resistors by etching from cold-formed manganin foil , precision tuned by laser .
see her
At first glance, it looks like something that can be etched at home using a mask printed on a laser printer .
I would like to try it, is there a chance to buy mangnine thin foil in a non-wagon quantity?
Unfortunately, I need resistors in the order of tens of kohm, ie. the film must be very thin.
Maybe it was all nonsense, but I couldn't help and ask

I am thinking the lithography accuracy, printer accuracy, might be
hard to achieve the .01%. You might run the numbers before you take
the dive.

0.01% match is pretty high-end but they do make
matched resistor SIPs with pretty decent trimmed
tolerances. Like seven with a common connection
in an 8-pin SIP.

Wrapping such an element in a thermally conductive
sheath would spread the heat to all elements pretty
evenly (especially if the thermal path is made neat).
