LCD Panel from laptop

Hello,

How can I connect LCD panel from laptop to my PC graphic card?

The LCD panel is SHARP LM64C151 and it requires digital signals. I saw on the internet that it is possible to connect it to the VIVO (DVI) port on newer cards, but the pinouts do not match at all or I don't understand them :(

Did anyone try this??? I could get other LCD panels if this one can't be used...

In attachment there is a pin description of similar LCD panel (LM64C15"2") that I found on the net.

Best regards!

Re: LCD Panel from laptop

Whooa $600 ? They must be crazy...

Anyway, I'll go google a bit more now to see if I can find anything. Again, it doesn't have to be DVI, it could be RGB... i don't care i just want to make it work :)

At least now I know what protocol it uses...

Regards!
