where to get ATF-54143 device for Eagle library?

It would be nice if I could find a site that has a zip file with device/package for ATF-54143 transistor, instead of having to make my own custom device/package. If anyone knows where I can go to find this file, please let me know. I don't think Eagle has any Broadcom devices, let alone ATF-54143.

It has simple SOT-343 package, nothing special.
