bi-direction current amplification

Pmos/Nmos current mirror can be used to amplify the source/sink current.

If the input current direction can be both directions, what kind of current mirror can be used to amplify the input current? Thanks.
 

I don't know if I've understand your question - You want to make it switchable so it can reverse?

I'll assume that can be done by replacing T1 gate/drain short with another Nmos - and repeat same step for T2. At least that's my basic idea on how to accomplish that.

No I mean the input current can be either sink or source current.

Current conveyor as Dominik said is good.
