installing knoppix on hdd

Anyone have any experience about installing knoppix on hdd??

I 've tried something but I cant make any partition for installing knoppix.

First of all in command mode ;

su 'root mode'
knoppix-installer

After that installer program begun but it said that I have to prepare my hdd for installing . For this , installer started Qtparted program. I can see all my hdd's but cant do anything. I want to load knoppix to 6 GB hdd.
How many partition will I create??
