Recently I bough some FGH60N100FTD(TO-247 package) a 1000V 60A IGBT but I really can`t find any datasheet for it.
I actually wanted to purchase SGL60n100 (TO-264 package) but they are different.
The seller claimed the igbts are original. The original FGH60N100FTD is also available in alixpress( I bought from somewhere else)
I have no idea why such an IGBT dose not have a datasheet !! despite being available to buy!!
Has anybody ever used this IGBT?
(FGH prefix seems to determine that its a high speed switching IGBT like FGH60N60SMD. If it`s so it would be greate
)
I really need the datasheet(or an equivalent igbt) to calculate the Gate resistant to be used in a SMPS.
