Is it something like a saw tooth wave ?
Approximately what time scale ?
1 V to 12 V is the requirement or approx 0 - 12 V will do.

Friend my input supply is 18 volts 2 amp Out put lode is 18 volts 1 amp motor
When i have to switch on the circuit from 0 volts to 18 volts want to gradually increase in 3 mints of time after reaching the 18 volts after 5 sec switch of the motor

It would have been easier if these details would have been given in the initial post itself.
Once you have the desired waveform, rest of the steps can be planned.

Friend thanks to your reply friend some time's i want to change voltage increasing time i think micro controller is best accurate
so please send me the micro based circuit

There are many microcontroller families with different features, resources complexity, cost and other details.
If you are using microcontroller for generating sawtooth, you may need using DAC.
You will need programmer for the microcontroller selected. Therefore select a microcontroller first depending on the background and infrastructure available in addition the need.

It is no point to use voltage rising method to realize slow start. For induction load PWM is a best choice, obviosly.
