Need of Equivalent Part to Philips(NXP) microcontroller Part No:p89V51RD2BN

Hi all,

Can anyone let me know the Equivalent Part to this Philips(NXP) microcontroller Part No: P89V512D2BN? As this part is absolete, please let me know the equivalent part to this controller (40 pin ).

yes the SST89E516rdxx series are compatible with old 8051.
i have test it.

Hi,
I had worked the project in Keil C. Did any code change have to be done with this SST89E516RD Series. or directly we can download the hex file into this IC.

Actually, Microchip acquired SST and now manufacturers that NXP compatible line of 8051s:

I had like 5 old project with 8051 and i just replace with SST mcu program with the same hex and the project works.

i think we can use the same hex file in the IC SST89E516RD.
anyone did that?

Yes, exactly. Just check fuses to be the same.
