full bridge igbt

Is there any single chip that can drive all of the six switches (igbts) found in a 3-phase full bridge both high side and low side? If not what's available for high side and low side especially more common ones?

driver igbt six pack

6-pack drivers are not very common but they exist.
Here is an example:

IR2133 (for 600V operation) or IR2233 for 1200 volt from International Rectifier are single chips for 3 phase igbt drive

Hmm good devices but aren't they a bit expensive? Are there any alternatives?

igbt driver 3 phase

I'd not expect these level of prices. But if these are normal prices than i can afford them. On the other hand tda350 is much more convenient from the view of price but i think it's not logic compatible (it's not clear.) Also there is only one input so the output is complementary i think. I may need independent control of outputs. But i'll keep it mind, thanks to all. Any other alternatives?
