Help to identify IC 93064

The attached schematic is part of an serial/parallel printer board in an old test instrument. Can someone identify IC12?

On the diagram it is shown as 9306, but the parts list show 93064. It is connected to an 8255.

Thanks, I thought it was some kind of memory but could not locate any data on it.
