Likely range of European mains voltage?

Do a search with: EN 50160 voltage characteristics. You will very likely find documents that reproduces data from this standard and give other useful info.

In Italy the mains voltage is 230V +/- 10% on the energy counter ( CEI 8-6 ).
then it is allowed to have another 4% voltage drop from the energy counter to the worst socket ( CEI 64-8 ).
Another 5 % is allowed inside the machinery ( EN 60204-1 ) connected to the abovementioned socket.
