The JDM programmer can't programm 16C5X,I want to build a own 16c5X proogrammer ,how to do?

16c57 icprog

i find only DAvid's Programmer can programm 16C5X,but the software use in ms-dos,if use ic-prog,it can't support 16c57 .
 

parallel pic16c5x programmer -avr

yes some PIC micro cant be programmed with DIY programmers
also try to find a DIY 17Cxx programmer ...
sorry to say that in this case you only have 2 solutions
- develop your own // prog, hard + soft. good luck !
- buy a brand new prog
