Hi all,

I AM LOOKING A CIRCUIT OR AN IC WHICH HAS OUTPUT THAT WILL GO HIGH BY FIRST INPUT AND GO LOW BY NEXT INPUT.

PLS HELP.

use flip flop ic

As stated by pradeep, use flip-flop. Also known as D-FF or DFF. It requires only one input, and output goes high and low just as you require, if you connect Q/ output to D input, and give YOUR input to the CLK pin.
