Hello,

I'm currently sending an email with a data body using the MC55i Cinterion, I can send up to 1500bytes with the SMTP protocol but i want to send an email using SMTP with an attached file and I can't find anything in the Datasheets or application notes on how to go about this. Does anyone have any ideas on the subject and is it possible?

Hi,

MC55i doesn't support attachments in SMTP mails.

You should open a RAW socket to the SMTP server and talk to the server by standard SMTP commands.
