Could anyone help me plz .. after creating A Fifth Order Sigma Delta Behavioral Model on Simulink and then trying to implement on circuits level , i faced the problem of Common Mode level ..( for example , on Simulink , in comparator block , we had to compare with 0.25 ) which is not practical on circuits level .. SO , any idea about common mode or voltage scaling ?

Any help would be appreciated ..

Do you mean the mapping between the block diagram and the circuits level ?????

Yes , that's what i mean mretsh ,, mapping from simulink block diagrams into circuits levels ( specially VOLTAGES) ..

i also need to ask if anyone have successfully tried interfacing matlab simulink with circuit level design. is that possible? i intending to create schematic design with ltspice and out bit stream to pump into my simulink Decimation filter block the derive the output. wonder if anyone have already done it and is that possible??

I previously tried linking matlab to cadence , by exporting the time domain output of the simulation as an excel file , and then importing it again in matlab and operating on it normally ... If that's helpful to u tell me and i'll tell u how i did it ...

hi shady.. how do you do it? it might help with mine..

ok ,, from cadence , after u run the simulations and the output u need is in the graph , in the tool bar , press edit --> select all .. then on the bar below that , there is a button called table .. press it then save .. ( this will give u the exact graph u can see but in a tablular form in an excel sheet )

Then all u have to do in the Matlab , press File then Import Data .. then browse and select ur excel sheet .. There u go , u will find ur table in the variables .. hope this helps
