i am a newer of ic design. i want to know about some pre_amplifier and readout circuits for Focal Plane Array. can you help me? thank you!

Try to find some papers and associated references on IEEE JSSC,or search keyword on Google.

it seems to be irrelative to readout circuit of FPA.

just like the sram or memory circuit
you can learn this circuit and maybe it's useful for you

maybe you can design the X-dec. Y-dec. and sensamplifer. detail info. you can see that in the IEEE paper
