VCO design with 1KHz to 100KHz

Hi all,

I've to set up a VCO which gives as follows

When input is 0V, output is 1KHz
When input is 5V, output is 100KHz

pls help me with schematic and design
 

Look at the ICL8038 datasheet. It may be useful to you.
You may need an opamp circuit as well to scale the control voltage.
