hy guys,

i want to build PickKIt 2 for my projects, please send me working pickit 2 schematics and firmwares thanks in advance
 

Hi,

Just search this forum, many ,many diy designs from a full copy to a minimalist one.

The firmware is Microchips and free from their Pickit2 page.

Be aware you need a programmer to program the Pk2 2550, again many diy plans around for a cheapo programmer to do this.

Use Art-2003 programmer to program PIC18F2550 uC (PIC18F2550 is used for PICKit2 Clone controller).

Software for Art-2003 is WinPIC800.


For PICKit2 Clone you can make variant with EEPROMs or with no EEPROMs.

Search EDABoard forum threads for project instructions, there is lots of materials.
 
the Pickit2 clone in my opinion is the Palma circuit
he has given schematics and pcb layout
I have made it and it works perfect
