Hi,

Can anyone explain easily the signal conditioning for hall sensor? if poss with real time connections

It is a digital switsching Hall sensor with an open collector output. The normal interfacing is show on page 4. What is the interface you need (line lenght?)?

with this sensor, is that possible to see the gradual change in the magnetic field (like analog)..
 

No, you have to use a linear Hall sensor for that.
