hello every body.
i want to learning cortex-m family
but i'm confused about select manfucture . i want to buy mcu and programmer and some tool . so i want what is the manfucture have alot of information and examble and book about it's mcu i want to find support if i have problem

nxp or st or atmel or ......... what

I would recommend purchasing a USB based JTAG programmer/debugger, like the Segger J-Link or KEIL ULINK2.

Segger offers their commercial version device at a greatly reduced price for education use only:

Segger J-Link EDU

KEIL MDK-ARM or GNU ARM-GCC toolchains appear to be the most popular software development platforms.

KEIL offer the MDK-ARM for free evaluation with a 32K code size limit, which is normally plenty for novice ARM development.

KEIL MDK-ARM Microcontroller Development Kit

As far as recommended texts, the Valvano three volume series is particular good and reasonably priced.

Embedded Systems: Introduction to Arm Cortex-M3 Microcontrollers

Embedded Systems: Real-Time Interfacing to the Arm Cortex-M3

Embedded Systems: Real-Time Operating Systems for the Arm Cortex-M3

The decision concerning the selection of a particular manufacturer and development board, may largely depend on availability in your locale and budget.

Also I should mention, all ARM core designs are owned solely by ARM, Ltd and licensed to a particular manufacturer, therefore a certain level of compatibility is maintain between devices manufactured by different companies.
