I am new to Cadence environment. I am comfortable with basic simulations, pz analyses etc., I am in need to perform a Monte-Carlo simulation to estimate the yield in a DAC design. Kindly help me out in performing the analysis.

Thanks erikl,

This depends on your PDK's setUp. When submitting a design, you're not allowed to edit the fab/foundry-provided model files.

But where can i view the model files, i could not locate them. Please help me...

Above I told you: this depends on your PDK's setUp!
You didn't bother to tell which PDK you're using, nor which simulator tool. So how can you expect that anybody can help you?

If you're using SPECTRE, search your PDK for "*.scs" files!
