I am looking for ne3210S01.s2p file, from where can I download it?
 

All of them are correct. These are S parameters at different bias points. The one with Id=10mA you should use for linear amplification.

Thanks vfone, I want to design and simulate LNA circuit based on this transistor, Is it possible for my target?

i need too use this transistor at the bias point of idd=30ma and vdd=0.4 volt how i can find appropriate s-parameters for simulation?
